Just north of Columbus, OH; Alum Creek State Park hosts three mountain bike trails. Phase 1, also known as P1, is a six mile intermediate level trail made up of almost all singletrack.
i would like a smooth track like this i love trail biking but saddly there arn’t that many were i live : (
Soooo easy..
haha this is pussy shit I do way gnarlier stuff on my bmx bike!
It is pretty easy. It is a XC course for intermediate riders.
good trail but it looks very easy
Very nice trail
regards from Serbia
Romania, Eastern Europe..
Where do you ride? What state?
That looks like an awesome trail! We have nothing of the sort here… just mind-numbing flatlands.
It’s near the corner of Africa Road and Lewis Center Rd. Their should be signs. Also, P2 is four miles north of P1 on Africa Rd.
I’m living in Marion, OH and can’t wait to try out this trail. Anyone have tips to find the trail head?
cool
ok thanks alot good video by the way looks like a great trail
Not sure what your budget is, but the same camera with a 60GB hard drive is probably half the price and uses the exact same chip, so you get the same quality. You might be able to find one on ebay and get it even cheaper. I was thinking about doing that, so that I have matching cameras for multicamera shoots.
oh, i can’t afford that, i really want an HD camera but it can’t be too expensive, do you have any reccomendations
Sony HDR-SR12 – I like this camera a lot. Even though it is a consumer grade camera, I think it takes nice video. I wish it had more audio options, but with an adaptor, I think you can get close to professional results. It has a 120GB hard drive and can take over 15 hours of video on the highest quality setting.
what kind of camera are you using?
Thanks for sharing.
In all fairness to the bike though, it’s about six years old now, and I have no budget for a new one.
I don’t have a budget for anything I want.
I know people who’ve only just started learning guitar working with better equipment than what I have
.
Hehe, sounds good, I’ll remember to look you up
.
As for Phuket, the riding isn’t that great. I have one spot I go downhill on, just straight downhill on dirt, no obstacles or anything, plus quite a few side-routes in the area which are alright, but I have yet to locate any other places on the island to provide more excitement.
And my god, I’m riding on this Thai thing made of steel with a gear cable that jams and squeaky v-brakes
.
And the front-shocks basically don’t work
.
If you make it this far, then I have a few trails that I think are much better for an epic ride. I would love to come to Phuket to ride, so we are the envy of each other.

I would kill for Phuket to have a trail like this, but instead I get rubber plantations with the occasional piece of wire to get trapped in my spokes.
Plus my mountain bike isn’t exactly great either.
Good video, makes me wanna’ shell out the cash to go there.
went today it was my first trail to ever ride. It was pretty fun until i ate it on that wood plank section in that open part of the woods
i use bell fullface. well its very overkill for this but i like it
my bike is an scott aspect 45 from 2008 models it have a rock shox SID team fork and lot of more (long from standard model)
I have a Giro Havoc that I am very happy with.
