Cwm Rhaeadr mountain bike trail near Llandovery 27/12/09

Mountain biking at Cwm Rhaeadr near Llandovery. This is a short trail (about 5 miles) built by Rowan Sorrell. It is basically a straight up and straight down trail, great fun. This was my first time using the camera (Mini DV camcorder) hence the fact that it mainly shows the ground and my handlebar and it was only my second time of riding this trail.
