Mork has a week to learn how to roller skate when he challenges a cheating, champion skater to a race down the Rocky Mountains into Boulder, to save the Day Care Center where he works from being torn down.

I find it almost impossible to believe that having a parking lot could increase the profit of a roller rink enough to offset the lost rent on the daycare center. The guy must be doing just because he likes roller skating and not for the money.
