Tips for planning your vacation to Banff, Lake Louise and Banff National Park in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Banff National Park is a vast untamed territory that begs to be explored. Wild animals roam the valleys, eagles soar over the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and pure water streams into rivers from 1000 glaciers. Hundreds of years ago aboriginal natives first discovered its beauty, quickly followed by explorers, map makers, and mountain climbers. Even the odd celebrity or royal type have popped by. And now you. Climb the same mountains, paddle the rivers, and inhale the air. Thats pure alpine. The sheer number of adventures, both indoors and out, is as hard to count as the peaks stretching into the distance. Ski, shop or spa, learn local history at museums and art galleries or wander down a hiking trail or two. In Banff and Lake Louise the possibilities are limitless. Summer Adventures Adventures in Banff National Park bring you face to face with nature; jagged mountain peaks rippling into the distance and thickly forested alpine valleys. Here, youll share the excitement with wild animals, wild spaces and the soothing rustle of wind through the trees. Activities in Banff and Lake Louise come at all levels. Take a casual stroll through wildflowers in an alpine meadow or test your extreme limits climbing to the roof of the Rocky Mountains. Backpack across rock ridges formed by undersea oceans over 45 million years ago, or tee-off at a five-star golf course. Throw a …

Still remember “2012″? At the beginning of the film, the United States Yellowstone geothermal anomalies appear, along with earthquakes and volcanic eruptions caused shaking and shaking tsunami, “doomsday” is beginning . . . If I tell you the creative director is not imaginary, do you hard to believe? Yellowstone Park is the United States and the world’s first national park, located in the western United States Wyoming, Idaho, Montana at the junction of three states, located between the Rocky Mountains in the north the lava plateau, with an average altitude of over 2438 meters. Covers an area of 8956 square km. Volcanic eruption in Yellowstone National Park in the formation of the British experts predict that a super volcano under Yellowstone park about once every 60 years eruption, and has been since the last eruption 64 million years, has now entered the eruption cycle. Yellowstone Park is the core area of the “Big Yellowstone Ecosystem,”, and the “Big Yellowstone Ecosystem” is the best preserved on earth and the largest temperate ecosystem. As 6000 million years, Yellowstone region several times in the geological era earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, large volcanic eruptions have occurred three times, and the possible outbreak of the last two million years ago, is more likely that 60 million years ago. According to rumors, the last volcanic eruption, volcanic eruption out of the mouth the material would be approximately 9,000 square kilometers of the regional total coverage, thickness of more than 1500 m, forming large areas of basalt, andesite rhyolite and others, forming more than 2000 meters above sea level is the lava plateau . “Super volcano” eruption may reach 8 or above, the scale of emission of the volcano up to 3 billion cubic meters. On Earth the last time a “super volcano” erupted was around the 74 000 years ago, near the island of Sumatra in Indonesia, the Toba region, now there is still left a huge hole 104 km long. It is estimated that a “super volcano” eruption, ejected approximately 2334 cubic kilometers of volcanic ash. The resulting sulfuric acid smog covered the entire earth up to several years. Scientists estimate that this “super volcano” broke out, the Earth may be only a few thousand survivors. In other words, Yellowstone is indeed hidden super power to destroy the Earth, its eruptions of magma enough to bury half the United States.

A short hike to the Falls in Johnston’s Canyon and a photo safari tour of Banff and Lake Louise in the heart of Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. Backpack across rock ridges formed by undersea oceans over 45 million years ago, or tee-off at …
